About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager / Director of System Verification (SVT) to lead validation strategy and execution for disruptive coherent optical DSP technology targeting data center applications. This role combines hands-on system verification with team leadership, requiring deep expertise in DSP, communications, and optical systems.
You will own end-to-end system validation, drive cross-functional execution, and work directly with hyperscaler customers to qualify coherent optical modules from ecosystem partners.
What you Will Do
- Own end-to-end system verification strategy and execution for coherent DSP products
- Translate system requirements into DSP performance targets (equalization, timing/carrier recovery)
- Define link budgets and align DSP performance with optical components and module partners.
- Lead system modeling and correlation with lab measurements (e.g., RONSR, sensitivity)
- Oversee development of golden reference transceivers for system correlation and benchmarking.
- Drive system bring-up, debug, and optimization across DSP, optics, and analog front-end.
- Build and lead a high-performing SVT team; define methodologies and test coverage.
- Partner with customers and module vendors to accelerate qualification and deployment.
