Oracle is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Engineering to lead the Component Quality Engineering organization supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hardware platforms.
This management role sits within the Quality organization and is responsible for building and leading the team that manages silicon suppliers and other critical component commodities used across complex AI infrastructure, server, storage, networking, and rack-level hardware products.
The leader will own quality execution across key commodities including GPUs, CPUs, memory, storage, networking, optics, interconnects, power, PCBs, thermal components, and L6 components.
This role will connect supplier quality, component engineering, factory quality, field reliability, failure analysis, and root cause and corrective action (RCCA) execution into a clear quality operating model for critical hardware ramps.
This leader will build the team, establish operating discipline, and ensure component quality risks are identified early, effectively contained, and driven to closure with suppliers, sub-tier suppliers, manufacturing partners, and Oracle engineering teams.
