About the Role
Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy (HR Technology Advisory) to lead a high-impact advisory function within the People, Communications and Workplaces division.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a 5 year technology strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and governance frameworks
- Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on technology opportunities and investment decisions
- Bridge business needs with independent technology delivery teams across the organisation
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across a large, matrixed environment
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve tools, and enhance experience for HR practitioners and employees
- Ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable outcomes in efficiency, service quality, and user experience
Requirements
- Experience in HR technology strategy, digital transformation, or advisory roles
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to problem solve, shape solutions, and influence at senior levels
- Deep understanding of HR processes, service delivery, and enterprise HR platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Demonstrated success developing and executing multi year technology strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Experience working in large, complex, matrixed environments
