Senior Manager Statistical Programming

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to join our Statistical Programming function, providing technical leadership across project teams within one or more therapeutic areas. In this role, you will drive high-quality programming deliverables from single studies through regulatory approval, product launch, and beyond, while collaborating with partnering functions, external service providers, and study teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape department strategy and mentor talent within a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

You bring advanced SAS skills honed in a clinical data environment, ideally across multiple therapeutic areas

You understand pharmaceutical clinical development, statistical concepts, and regulatory submission requirements

You collaborate naturally across global, interdisciplinary teams

Advanced SAS programming expertise in a clinical data environment

Strong understanding of clinical trial principles and regulatory submission requirements

Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities

Demonstrated mentoring or coaching experience with junior programmers

Education & experience: MS or BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or a related discipline, with 10+ years (12+ for BS) of programming experience — preferably in clinical trial data within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health-related industries, including some project and people management experience

Preferred/nice to haves: Knowledge of additional programming languages such as R or Python
