Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

The Senior Manager, Customer solutions, Data Center & AI Factory will lead the design, development, and execution of advanced technical solutions programs that enable hyperscale and enterprise customers to leverage Vantage’s data center and AI infrastructure capabilities. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for next-generation workloads, including AI/ML environments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Proven experience in data center design, AI infrastructure, and critical environments.

Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with internal teams and C-level customer stakeholders.

Expertise in wholesale data centers, colocation, interconnection, cloud ecosystems, and AI compute environments.

Familiarity with high-density power and cooling solutions, sustainability initiatives, and emerging technologies for AI workloads.
