Senior Manager, Software Engineering, ITC

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 8–9 years of directly relevant experience • 5+ year’s experience with UKG Pro WFM, UKG Workforce Central (WFC), or ADP eTime. • 3+ years experience with Workday HCM • 3+ years Experience leading configuration engineering teams (configuration, integrations, reporting, and release readiness) supporting UKG Pro for Time and Workday across HR domains such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent. • Strong experience in Time & Absence / Attendance configuration, including experience with UKG platforms (e.g., UKG Pro) • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in an agile environment and operate effectively with tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
