Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Site Construction will work with the existing team to deliver client projects.
The role leads construction management during the construction phase and oversees contractual, safety, quality, schedule, budget, and stakeholder requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Construction Management team in discharging contractual responsibilities during construction.
- Represent Worley in stakeholder meetings and direct assigned staff.
- Ensure implementation of the HSE plan and lead incident-free efforts.
- Implement construction management processes and quality standards.
- Review contractor programmes, schedules, manpower, and equipment usage.
- Advise contractors on work methods and ensure timely reporting.
- Resolve construction-phase issues and monitor corrective actions.
- Manage the construction delivery budget and contractor or vendor interfaces.
