Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Drive enterprise-wide product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management from definition and planning through production, release, and continuous optimization.
  • Agile Governance & Execution: Oversee multi-team product backlogs, prioritize strategic features using frameworks like WSJF, MoSCoW, or RICE, and align program-increment (PI) planning with overarching business goals.
  • AI & Innovation Integration: Lead the integration of modern AI/GenAI capabilities (including LLMs, AI agents, copilot architectures, RAG systems, and workflow automation) into product design and delivery workflows.
  • Stakeholder & Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with global practice leaders, client sponsors, and cross-functional executives to align product outcomes with business growth.
  • End-to-End Delivery Excellence: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, engineering architects, QA, DevOps, and data science teams to establish robust quality metrics, automated release confidence, and seamless deployment strategies.
  • Practice Building & Mentorship: Coach and develop Product Owners, Agile teams, and junior staff - fostering a high-performance culture centered on continuous improvement, innovation, and product craftsmanship.
  • Conflict Resolution & Change Management: Navigate complex team dynamics, facilitate difficult strategic discussions, and manage client expectations with clarity, diplomacy, and decisive leadership.

What You Must Have (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 14+ years of total experience in software product management, technology consulting, or enterprise solution delivery.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Agilist/POPM, or equivalent industry-recognized product certification.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end software product life cycles within large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence senior global stakeholders.

  • Advanced Product & AI Competency: Hands-on experience driving AI-First product strategies, prompt engineering applications, model governance, and AI-assisted product discovery tools.
  • Agile Transformation Expertise: Proven ability to scale agile practices across multiple teams and drive transformation in high-stakes domain accounts (e.g., Assurance, Financial Services, Consulting).
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Depth of experience managing matrixed delivery organizations involving UX designers, AI engineers, data teams, QA leads, and business analysts.
  • Domain Mastery: Deep familiarity with professional services, audit/assurance platforms, or enterprise data workflow systems.
