Role purpose
Provide operations support to commercial managers across allocated regions and keep them informed about all aspects of regional supply.
Own customer service for the region by managing cross-functional activities that resolve product supply obstacles.
Lead S&OP in a fast-paced growth environment through strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demand and supply planning
- Match demand and supply and communicate gaps and mitigation plans.
- Review forecast demand against actual demand and analyze changes and trends.
- Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation and consensus across functions.
- Measure and improve S&OP plan accuracy using defined metrics.
Process and inventory improvement
- Create and continuously improve best-in-class S&OP processes.
- Contribute to statistical models for safety stock optimization.
- Work with commercial teams to manage slow-moving inventory.
- Develop capacity simulation processes for growth sensitivity analysis.
