Program Management
- Lead large-scale IT and digital transformation projects across cross-vertical teams and partners.
- Manage concurrent programs with complex dependencies and high business impact.
- Own project lifecycles from initiation and business case support through execution, go-live, and closure.
- Define project plans, schedules, governance frameworks, reporting standards, and portfolio tracking.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation of critical matters.
