Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Project & Transformation is the senior execution lead within Agency Operations.
The role turns complex company priorities into structured programs and owns delivery from discovery through implementation, adoption, and optimization.
The position reports to the Director, Operations & Agency Services and works with the CEO and leadership team as needed.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and post-launch optimization.
- Plan timelines, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and success measures.
- Run discovery sessions, workshops, process design meetings, and steering committees.
- Own readiness, testing, rollout, training, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and outcome reviews.
- Establish governance, decision rights, escalation paths, reporting, risk management, and benefit tracking.
