Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline

10+ years of experience in project or program management within semiconductor, ASIC, SOC, or Mixed-Signal IP development environments

Proven track record leading other project managers or technical program leads, not just managing projects yourself

Deep understanding of semiconductor product development cycles, including design, verification, tapeout, and customer delivery milestones

Experience managing customer expectations through difficult tradeoffs, schedule pressure, and technical complexity

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, experience with Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms is a plus

Track record working across engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to drive alignment and resolve conflict

You can walk into a tense customer meeting, listen to what is not being said, and steer the conversation toward a solution that keeps the project moving

You know when to let your team solve a problem and when to step in, and you are comfortable being wrong as long as the team learns something

You treat process as a tool, not a religion, and you will simplify or kill a workflow if it is not adding value

You can explain a complex technical risk to a VP in two sentences without losing the nuance, and you can do the same for a customer exec who has never designed a chip

You stay calm when three projects are at risk at the same time, and you help your team do the same

You believe that diversity of thought makes better decisions, and you actively create space for quieter voices in the room

You will join a team of engineering leaders and project managers who collaborate across Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, and ASIC product lines to deliver semiconductor solutions that power AI, automotive, and mobile innovation.
