Purpose: We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Project Controls.

This is a full-time position based in Edmonton, Alberta.

We’re seeking a Project Controls Manager to support the project control personnel of a portfolio of projects utilizing the Worley Project Control Systems and processes in all phases of project execution.

The Project Controls Manager will work with project teams to provide guidance on project controls requirements and data gathering.

The Project Controls Manager will provide strong leadership to the entire project controls team both locally and globally while ensuring accurate and on-time reporting of data.

• Assist in the rollout of the project control system including initial configuration and contribution to training activities.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure the correct utilization of the project control system. based on project specific requirements and corporate guidelines.
• Track and report on portfolio KPI’s.
• Review and develop data interfaces for third party project systems, as required.
• Proposal/Bid preparation.
• Training and mentoring of project controls personnel.
• Identifies and implements value adding practises and supports continuous improvement.
• Roles out initiatives, systems, tools.
• Collaborates with customer to realize program objectives.
