Senior Manager - Program Risk Management - Risk Transformation

• Maintain effective relationships with client executives, Steering Committees, Boards, Audit Committees, and management teams.
• Support client organisations in strengthening their portfolio, program and project assurance frameworks.
• Contribute to business development activities including proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations that clearly communicate program assurance findings and strategic insights.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff across multiple engagement teams.
• Support capability development and knowledge sharing within the Risk Transformation and wider Risk Consulting practice.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PRM methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Promote innovation and the use of digital audit tools, analytics, and technology-enabled assurance approaches.

• Apply a sound understanding of Project Management and risk management frameworks and methodologies
• Provide subject matter expertise on program and project maturity, assurance frameworks, governance design, and performance measurement.
• Lead or support transformation programs to uplift PRM functions, including strategy development and future state design.
• Collaborate with other EY service lines (e.g. Technology Risk, Cyber, ESG, Financial Audit) to deliver integrated assurance solutions

• Proven specialist expertise relevant to the role (Infrastructure, Technology, Energy Industries)
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams through coaching, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Experience in operating in alignment with program and project management methodologies including:

PRINCE2 – project governance and control

PMBOK / PMI standards – project management body of knowledge

MoP – Management of Portfolios

• Assignment delivery - requirements, performance & presentation of results
• Business development, opportunity management, account & relationship management
• Leadership - problem solving & decision making, performance management, coaching & mentoring
