We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Program Management, to lead and drive cross-functional Optics programs with a strong emphasis on technology enablement and supplier management. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex ecosystems, ensure operational efficiency, and fulfill program commitments. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated proactive supplier engagement, with successes leveraging structured problem-solving related to capacity expansion and risk mitigation, particularly in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industries.
As a Senior Manager within this group, you will coordinate efforts across diverse teams to drive alignment, manage supplier relationships, and ensure program deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations. You will proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and foster collaboration with engineering development teams, Supply chain, Procurement, Finance, and other key stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
