Senior Manager, Professional Services - EMEA

Delivery & Segment Ownership

Own end-to-end PS delivery across onboarding, implementation, advisory, and expansion for your Enterprise segment

Monitor and improve utilization, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction KPIs

Serve as the escalation point for complex or at-risk engagements

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Architects

Set performance expectations, coach to them, and own career development and succession planning

Partner with PS leadership on hiring and capacity planning

Services Strategy & Operations

Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices

Improve operational processes for efficiency, scalability, and predictability

Cross-Functional Partnership

Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, and Support for a seamless customer experience

Support pre-sales on strategic or complex opportunities

Funnel customer feedback into product and services improvements

Partner with PS leadership to evolve services packaging and pricing

Customer Outcomes & Growth

Ensure customers achieve defined business outcomes through services engagements

Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and CS

Proactively manage escalations and capture customer insights to improve delivery

7+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a related field

2+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams or PS operations for a customer segment

Technical background in cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, or a related domain

Strong project or program management capabilities

Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth technology environment

Excellent communication skills — comfortable engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders

Must be located in the United Kingdom
