Role overview
Lead and shape the Premier Direct channel within UAE Wealth Distribution.
Oversee managers responsible for Premier Direct Relationship Managers and Financial Planning Managers.
Drive wealth growth, customer experience, productivity, portfolio commercialization, and control outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver portfolio penetration, activity, outcome, wealth net new money, and customer recommendation targets.
- Lead sales process execution and activity management across the Premier Direct team.
- Review portfolios, identify cross-sell opportunities, deepen loyalty, and manage non-qualifiers customer-led.
- Build and retain client relationships through regular reviews and needs-based advice.
- Use CRM, tools, and performance data to improve service delivery and performance.
- Establish client contact strategies aligned with Group operating models and local requirements.
- Coach, train, develop, and upskill staff while maintaining development plans and mandatory training completion.
- Recruit and onboard talent aligned with headcount and resourcing plans.
- Supervise wealth management services and maintain risk, compliance, conduct, and control standards.
- Build internal and external networks and execute local marketing and activity plans.
