Senior Manager, PDS BI&T Analytics Development & Demand Forecasting

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and management of a high-performing data science team.
• Manage agile planning, prioritization, work allocation, service-level adherence, and documentation.
• Develop and scale analytics solutions through architecture, coding, pipelines, deployment, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and data platform teams on Enterprise Data Lake availability and integration.
• Manage demand forecasting and planning data operations across Aera, Power BI, Tableau, and related systems.
• Recommend automation, AI, decision intelligence, governance, and business process transformation opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an analytical, engineering, operations research, or scientific discipline.
• The role requires 7 or more years of data and analytics experience with direct development experience for bachelor’s degree holders.
• Demand forecasting, supply chain analytics, biopharma, manufacturing, quality, team management, and agile leadership experience are advantageous.
• Relevant technologies include Python, advanced SQL, Domino, AWS, GitHub, dbt, Power BI, Tableau, predictive models, dashboards, and cloud ELT pipelines.
