Support advisors, associates, and branch leaders with training for core processes, desktop tools, workflow changes, regulatory updates, and onboarding.
Champion responsible use of AI and learning technologies to modernize training, improve learner experience, and strengthen adoption across branches.
Training and learning leadership
- Set the PCG training strategy and roadmap based on branch needs, firm priorities, regulations, operational changes, and advisor experience objectives.
- Lead workflow, technical application, skills, leadership, and role-based training programs from design through continuous improvement.
- Develop CRM training with Practice Management and Technology to increase Dynamics CRM adoption among advisor teams.
- Plan and facilitate in-person, virtual, webinar, eLearning, and blended sessions for PCG branches across Canada.
