Company Description

  • Arago is a company specialized in HR, Payroll, Travel & Expenses and Managed Services, supporting companies in their digital HR transformation.
  • Present internationally in France (headquarters), Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Canada and Colombia.

Commercial Development & Pre sales

  • Develop and execute the prospecting plan for Quebec: hunting, networking, HR Tech and T&E events, prescribers
  • Detect and qualify opportunities in HR and T&E domains
  • Lead discovery meetings, frame needs, and build Arago's value proposition
  • Develop proposals, pricing, and responses to tenders
  • Conduct presentations, negotiate, and close; manage the entire sales cycle
  • Manage pipeline (CRM) and develop the local ecosystem (publishers, partners, prescribers)

Delivery & Project Management

  • Frame and manage sold projects: scope, planning, budget, governance, quality
  • Contribute according to expertise: design workshops, functional consulting, configuration, testing, go live
  • Guarantee margin and profitability; detect upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate mobilized consultants (local and international)

Representation & Coordination

  • Represent Arago in Quebec and manage relationships with local clients and partners
  • Coordinate with teams and the Delivery practice
  • Report market trends from Quebec to adjust offerings

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience minimum, ideally in a consulting firm, ESN, or with a HR & T&E publisher/integrator
  • Exposure to HR domains (HRIS/HR Tech: SuccessFactors, Workday, Dayforce…) and T&E (Concur, Expensya…)
  • Dual track record: commercial results (pre sales, deals) and delivery (full cycle implementations)
  • Mastery of B2B services/consulting sales cycle and project management
  • Comfortable with decision makers (HR Directors, CFOs, CIOs)
  • Bilingual French/English imperative
  • Autonomy, results oriented, entrepreneurial spirit
