Role overview
Lead and advise multiple technical teams within JPMorganChase Consumer and Community Banking Core Engineering Services.
Provide technical coaching and advisory support while managing cross-functional needs, risks, and dependencies.
Drive scalable, resilient, and high-quality technology solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Provide direction, oversight, and coaching for entry-level to mid-level software engineers.
- Own decisions affecting resources, budget, tactical operations, and process execution.
- Scale enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering and SDLC/TLM automation across multiple teams.
- Establish measurable expectations for throughput, defect reduction, reliability, validation, security, resiliency, and reuse.
- Use software development life cycle tools and AI-assisted automation to improve delivery efficiency.
- Ensure collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate issues, execute a book of work, and escalate issues as needed.
- Advise leadership on budget, approach, and technical considerations.
- Create a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.
