- Lead and manage a team of AI and technology experts, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Architect and design AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Implement and integrate AI technologies, including React, JS, Python, and SQL, to create innovative products.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and propose strategic initiatives for the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their AI needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of AI systems, conducting regular reviews and optimizations.
- Document and communicate AI project progress, providing transparent updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI projects, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the AI and Advanced Tech team.
