Role Overview

Automation Delivery

• Lead design and delivery of intelligent agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including workflows, integrations, prompts, and conversation flows.
• Design scalable and stable automation workflows with measurable business impact.
• Lead solutions on low-code and no-code platforms such as Alteryx, Tableau, automation tools, and workflow engines.
• Manage complex automation projects from initiation through end-to-end delivery.

Stakeholder and Governance Work

• Partner with business, technology, CFO, and enterprise architecture stakeholders to translate requirements into governed AI solutions.
• Lead project routines covering progress, governance, opportunities, and key decisions.
• Support operational excellence and collaborate across CFO and enterprise teams.
• Document test results, facilitate discussions, and manage delivery under changing deadlines.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, UiPath Studio, Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva, Power Pivot, Visual Basic, SQL, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, agent-based architectures, and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Desired exposure includes Microsoft Copilot variants, Python, VBA, responsible AI, AI governance, and enterprise-scale deployment.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree such as MCA or an equivalent degree.
• Seven to twelve years of experience, including relevant analytics, automation, and reporting experience.
• Technical certifications in Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, Alteryx Advanced, or Tableau are preferred.

Professional Capabilities

• Strong analytical judgment, risk awareness, project management, communication, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, identify and raise questions, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to apply controls, validation, and human review to AI-assisted analysis and automated outputs.
