The Senior Manager, Talent Management & Development, is responsible for designing and embedding the firm’s approach to talent, performance, and development. What You’ll Be Responsible For [1]
Partner with the CHRO and HR team to execute talent and development priorities in a practical, business-focused way
Identify talent and capability gaps and implement targeted solutions
Run core talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
Own the performance management cycle end-to-end, ensuring timelines are met and processes are consistently followed
Align goals, performance, and development priorities
Strengthen manager capability in coaching, feedback, and employee development
Deliver focused learning initiatives aligned with business needs
Own LinkedIn Learning, driving usage and relevance
Leverage Paylocity to support performance tracking, development, and reporting
Oversee onboarding to ensure strong employee integration and early success
Maintain the HR calendar across the employee lifecycle, ensuring key processes and initiatives stay on track
Support and coordinate ongoing employee engagement and DEI initiatives
Continuously improve talent and development processes to keep them simple and effective

The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. The annual base salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
