SKY ONE is seeking a Senior Manager IT to lead technology initiatives and drive digital transformation in Sharjah. The role involves overseeing Oracle ERP, aviation systems, AI-driven solutions, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, support, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve business processes
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system governance
- Manage integrations between Oracle ERP and other business applications
- Drive ERP automation initiatives and adoption across business units
- Understand airline and aviation business processes and support aviation applications such as AMOS, LEON, Cargo Systems, CRM
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation
- Ensure IT systems meet aviation regulatory and compliance requirements
- Identify and implement AI driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision making
- Drive initiatives involving Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Automation, and Business Intelligence
- Manage enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and end user computing environments
- Ensure high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Oracle ERP certifications are highly desirable
- Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud) are preferred
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
- Hands on experience with Oracle ERP implementation and support
- Experience within the aviation, airline, cargo, MRO, or aviation services industry
- Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity programs
- Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Experience managing multi country and multi site operations is preferred

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Information Technology (IT) to lead wide technology initiatives and drive digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, support, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve business processes.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system governance.
- Manage integrations between Oracle ERP and other business applications.
- Drive ERP automation initiatives and adoption across business units.
- Understand airline and aviation business processes, including Flight Operations, Maintenance, Cargo, Ground Operations, Crew Management, and Finance.
- Support and manage aviation applications such as AMOS, LEON, Cargo Systems, CRM, and operational platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation.
- Ensure IT systems meet aviation regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Identify and implement AI driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision making.

Required Qualifications
