Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop End User Services, Service Desk, Endpoint Management, and Identity and Access Management teams across Canada, the United States, and Ireland, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, business priorities, and cybersecurity requirements
- Establish and maintain enterprise technology standards, governance frameworks, and operational processes that enable secure, scalable, and consistent infrastructure and support services
- Oversee the delivery and continual improvement of core infrastructure services, including telecommunications, wireless technologies, collaboration tools, and end-user computing environments
- Lead the implementation, support, and optimization of physical security technologies, including access control, door security, and surveillance systems across multiple locations
- Provide strategic direction for IT Service Desk operations, enhancing service quality, issue resolution, and overall employee technology experience
- Direct endpoint management capabilities, including software deployment, operating system patching, device lifecycle management, compliance initiatives, and vulnerability management practices
- Partner with Cyber Security teams to strengthen infrastructure security, reduce risk, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory obligations
