Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure planning or project management, particularly for large-scale developments.
Thorough understanding of planning principles, regulatory frameworks, and construction processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and data.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in using planning and project management software.
Professional certifications in project or infrastructure management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
