Role Overview
Own end-to-end HR for the assigned region while partnering with business leaders.
Work closely with Corporate HR to align people practices with business objectives.
This is an execution-focused individual contributor role with hands-on HR operations and recruitment responsibility.
Experience and Qualifications
- Eight to twelve years of HR experience, preferably in B2B sales or trading companies.
- MBA in HR.
- Global business experience is an added advantage.
- Telugu and Hindi verbal communication proficiency is mandatory.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is full-time and permanent.
- The work location is Hyderabad Gachibowli and requires in-office, in-person work.
- The annual pay range is ₹1,500,000 to ₹1,800,000.
Business Partnering
- Act as the single point of contact for regional business leaders on HR matters.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organization structure, productivity, and talent deployment.
