About the Role
Flexiti (part of Questrade Financial Group) is looking for a Senior Manager to own the merchant lifecycle from deal signing through activation and ongoing success. You will lead a team revamping training strategy, optimizing Salesforce, and ensuring a frictionless go-to-market engine.

Responsibilities
- Own the merchant experience for the first three months at Flexiti, ensuring a world class onboarding journey that reduces time to first transaction.
- Overhaul existing training documentation and introduce modern, scalable learning tools, including high quality video content and interactive modules.
- Lead the migration of merchant onboarding in a Flexiti 2.0 world, establishing a Control Tower for cross functional visibility and scale.
- Act as the strategic lead for Salesforce, managing current state assessments and architecting future state workflows for contract management and account management.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce coding and logic to ensure the system supports the sales team’s needs without creating technical debt.
- Lead the establishment and cleanup of SOPs, moving from fragmented systems into a centralized, governed environment.
- Partner with PM, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Risk to coordinate the launch and training of new initiatives and products.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of operations and enablement professionals.
- Foster a culture of excellence—balancing high level strategic thinking with a willingness to execute on the granular details.
Requirements
- 5 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Enablement, or Merchant Success
- Proven track record of building or revamping training and onboarding programs in a B2B or FinTech environment
- Tech savvy: lean into AI tooling and comfortable exploring tools to improve workflows
- Merchant centric: experience in client or merchant facing roles and ability to translate complex internal processes into seamless customer experience
- Execution focused: comfortable navigating ambiguity and cleaning up legacy systems

Compensation Information
- Base salary range: CAD 140,000 CAD 160,000.
- Final compensation package includes comprehensive benefits plan and competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full Time Permanent roles.
