Role Overview

  • We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Operations & Merchant Enablement to own the merchant lifecycle from deal signing through to full activation and ongoing success.
  • You will lead a team responsible for revamping our training strategy, optimizing our Salesforce environment, and ensuring our Go to Market engine is frictionless.

  • Merchant Training & Onboarding Strategy: Own the 'First 90 Days' merchant experience; overhaul training documentation; lead migration of onboarding in Flexiti 2.0.
  • Sales Enablement & Salesforce Strategy & AI: Act as strategic lead for Salesforce; provide technical oversight on Salesforce coding; lead SOP management and cleanup.
  • Flexiti 2.0: Partner cross functionally to coordinate launch and training of new initiatives.
  • People Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of operations and enablement professionals; foster a culture of excellence.

  • Experienced Leader: 5 8+ years in Sales Operations, Enablement, or Merchant Success.
  • The 'Architect': Proven track record building or revamping training and onboarding programs in B2B or FinTech.
  • Tech Savvy: Lean into AI tooling.
  • Merchant Centric: Experience in client or merchant facing roles.
  • Execution Focused: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and cleaning up legacy systems.

Compensation Information

  • Base salary range: CAD 140,000 CAD 160,000.
  • Final compensation package includes comprehensive benefits plan and competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full Time Permanent roles.
