Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support decision-making.

Analyze financial performance, including variances from budgets and forecasts, and provide insights into business drivers and trends.

Develop and present financial models and scenario analyses to assess the financial impact of various business decisions.

Act as the primary financial liaison between the finance team and business units.

Work closely with operational managers to understand their challenges and help them manage their financial performance.

Translate financial data into actionable insights that can drive business growth and improve profitability.

Provide support for business cases, new initiatives / partnership and strategic commercial decision support by offering a financial perspective.

Support the annual budgeting process for assigned business units, ensuring that financial targets align with the company’s overall objectives.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure realistic budgeting and alignment with business goals.

Monitor key financial metrics, such as revenue, costs, margins, and profitability, to track performance against targets.

Produce regular financial reports and dashboards for business units and senior management.

Highlight areas of concern and recommend actions to address variances or capitalize on opportunities.

Present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Work with senior management to align financial strategies with business goals.

Foster strong working relationships across different teams and departments.
