Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead and coordinate AOP, QBU, rolling forecasts, and monthly planning cycles in line with global timelines and guidelines.
Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams and ensure timely, complete, and accurate submissions.
Lead budget planning and monitoring across all departments within the manufacturing site.
Product Costing & Manufacturing Finance
Perform product costing analysis, BOM validation, routing review, and variance analysis.
Calculate and maintain accurate, complete, and timely standard costs for all new and existing products.
Management Reporting & Business Analytics
Lead monthly P&L consolidation, variance analysis, and preparation of management presentations including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Conduct analysis on revenue, gross profit, OPEX, and key performance metrics.
Business Partnering
Partner with Supply Chain, HR, Operations, and other functions to support business strategy and execution.
Providing insights, highlighting risks, and identifying opportunities
Your Qualification and Experience
- CMA / CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, or Business Finance roles.
- Prior experience in Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, or multinational environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience working in SAP ECC / SAC / IBP preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights.
