- Contribute to the development and refinement of the vision, mission, and strategy of KAPSARC School of Public Policy
- Drive the design and development of the Executive Education strategy in collaboration with KAPSARC School of Public Policy leadership
- Set Executive Education performance objectives and continuously monitor progress
- Oversee the Executive Education budgeting cycle and lead the budgeting process
- Stay abreast of latest academic sector trends to incorporate best practices into Executive Education programs
- Guide development of tailored outreach strategies for diverse customer groups
- Serve as primary point of contact for private entities, prospective clients, and governmental agencies
- Prioritize proposed programs based on market research, emerging topics, and stakeholder feedback
- Approve design and structure of executive program curricula and learning methods
- Guide program implementation and ensure optimal delivery, effective resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, or equivalent with 9 13 years of relevant experience
- OR Master's degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, or equivalent with 7 11 years of relevant experience
- PhD in a related field preferred for academic faculty appointments

Position Summary
- To lead the development and management of Executive Education programs at KAPSARC School of Public Policy.
- This includes monitoring academic trends to shape program offerings, tailoring outreach strategies to attract a diverse client base, and ensuring continuous improvement in program delivery.
- The role aligns program execution with KSPP’s strategic objectives and client needs.
Major Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the vision, mission, and strategy of KAPSARC School of Public Policy.
- Drive the design and development of the Executive Education strategy in collaboration with KAPSARC School of Public Policy leadership.
- Set Executive Education performance objectives and continuously monitor progress towards realization of objectives.
- Advise the Board, Dean, or President on strategic issues impacting KAPSARC School of Public Policy.
- Oversee the Executive Education budgeting cycle and lead the budgeting process.
- Ensure effective operational execution within the approved budget and report accurately on progress and challenges.
- Prepare, submit, and justify budget enhancement requests to the Board, Dean, or President.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic sector trends, standards, and offerings to incorporate best practices into Executive Education programs.
- Guide the development of tailored outreach strategies for diverse customer groups, ensuring effective engagement and long term relationships.
- Establish and maintain efficient communication channels with relevant Academic Affairs functions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for private entities, prospective clients, and governmental agencies.
- Prioritize proposed programs based on market research, emerging topics, and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, or equivalent with 9 13 years of relevant experience, OR
- Master’s degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, or equivalent with 7 11 years of relevant experience.
- A PhD in a related field is preferred for academic faculty appointments.
