Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning & Development

What you'll need

We're looking for a learning leader who combines strong business judgment, deep learning expertise, and a builder mindset.

You bring:

• Significant L&D experience, including building or transforming an enterprise learning capability.
• Deep expertise in learning strategy and design and a strong understanding of how adults build skills and change behavior.
• Strong consulting skills and the credibility to work with senior leaders on important business and capability needs.
• Experience designing learning in partnership with subject-matter experts across a range of functions.
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to focus a lean team on the work that matters most.
• Experience with enterprise learning technology, content, and vendors, and a strong point of view on what creates a great learner experience.
• Comfort building in ambiguity, moving between strategy and execution, and staying hands-on while leading a team.
