Role overview
Genpact is hiring a Senior Manager Data Scientist to develop advanced AI solutions for HR business challenges.
The role partners with HR leadership and subject matter experts to deliver AI, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
Strategic leadership and alignment
- Identify, prioritize, and define high-impact HR business problems with HR leadership and functional subject matter experts.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and present data-backed recommendations for AI solutions.
- Pitch ideas, secure buy-in, maintain stakeholder alignment, and provide executive progress updates.
Solution design and delivery
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable roadmaps.
- Design solutions and products using RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, and workflows.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.
- Oversee development, testing, and cloud deployment on Azure or AWS.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time.
