- Prepare executive level reporting on data quality performance and risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, or data management leadership within a complex, data driven organization.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality dimensions, metadata management, master data management, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience working with data management and governance tools (e.g., data catalogs, data quality monitoring tools, master data solutions).
- Ability to define and track data quality KPIs, perform root cause analysis for data issues, and implement sustainable remediation plans.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations related to data (privacy, security, retention).
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate with cross functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and lead data stewardship initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring teams or leading virtual working groups focused on data quality and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
- Comfort working on site in Dubai and engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Role Description
- The Senior Manager Data Quality and Governance is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Responsible for designing and leading the organization’s data governance framework, including policies, standards, and best practices that ensure data is accurate, consistent, secure, and usable across the business.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Defining and monitoring data quality metrics.
