Senior Manager - Data Platforms (IT Management/Operations)

Operations, Security, and Audit

• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce manual work.
• Maintain platform SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, policies, procedures, operational controls, and incident playbooks.
• Lead vulnerability management, patching, remediation, security scans, and risk prioritization.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and remediate findings and control gaps.

Financial and Vendor Operations

• Manage budgets with assistance from the Director and contribute to yearly financial planning.
• Maintain vendor license inventories, manage statements of work, and coordinate timely invoice payments with Finance.

Qualifications

• 15 or more years of progressive IT experience in large organizations operating across geographies or regulatory environments.
• Five or more years leading large teams with diverse skill sets, including hiring, workload management, team building, and relationship management.
• At least five years managing enterprise data platforms at 24/7 scale.
• Strong cloud platform knowledge and experience with reliability engineering, monitoring tools, and incident management.
• Strong IT operations exposure, SDLC understanding, and experience managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, management, or a related field.
