Role Overview
Lead data development and modernization for Global Wealth Management Technology.
Drive technology strategy, solution architecture, delivery quality, and engineering excellence for complex business systems.
Work with business and technology leadership to promote ideas, translate needs, and gain consensus.
Responsibilities
- Transform current platforms with modern technologies and tools that support business needs.
- Improve production support, operating costs, security, availability, and reliability.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, cost-effective data solutions using GCP services.
- Oversee RESTful API design, development, security, versioning, documentation, and lifecycle management.
- Establish API governance using OpenAPI, OAuth2 or JWT, and microservice integration patterns.
- Build automated testing and regression suites using DevOps principles.
- Manage, recruit, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with clear progression through the ranks.
- 3+ years leading and building high-performance teams.
- Experience in a technical role within an Agile environment.
