ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the development and leadership of a continuous improvement program that incorporates key business strategies and process improvement standards.
Strategizes, plans, and leads large-scale, complex projects to deliver 'best in class service to internal and external stakeholders.
Analyzes operational projects regarding internal business processes, day-to-day operation framework, and client deliverables to identify opportunities for improved workflow, and develop project scopes and objectives.
Delivers process improvement by evaluating and monitoring ongoing methodologies, providing innovative solutions, and adjusting workflows to meet internal and external stakeholder needs.
Evaluates, sources, and implements various tools and resources to enhance client experience and improve workflow.
Partners with internal resources such as the IT and business operations teams to ensure project-related activities are executed in accordance with requirements, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Partners closely with senior management in the development and execution of business unit strategies.
Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals.
Completes post-mortem project evaluations to gauge overall success; identifies areas for improvement and incorporates enhancements into process.
Collaborates effectively with all levels of the organization and communicates appropriately to key stakeholders.
Fosters a culture of continuous process improvement across the organization.
Engages with staff by motivating/mentoring, providing employee training and feedback, and creating an environment of collaboration and a sense of urgency to improve ways of working.
Stays abreast of key external industry activities to ensure compliance within our processes and services.
Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information).
Other duties as assigned.
Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
