Responsibilities

• Manage and administer high-rise construction projects using project-specific objectives, policies, and PMC standards.
• Guide subordinate managers and supervisors and enforce company and project policies.
• Liaise with AECOM, clients, design teams, consultants, and trade partners on complex multi-story developments.
• Oversee design compliance, budgets, schedules, safety, vertical logistics, and multi-phase coordination.
• Coordinate the full project lifecycle from pre-construction budgeting and scheduling through closeout.
• Lead design coordination meetings, procurement, shop drawing development, RFI management, execution, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate design-build integration and resolve constructability, design, and field execution challenges.
• Maintain significant profit and loss responsibility for assigned construction projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 20 years of progressive construction management experience.
• At least 10 years managing high-rise or complex multi-story construction projects.
• Experience managing the complete project lifecycle, including pre-construction, design coordination, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Expertise in design-build integration and coordination between design intent and field execution.
• Strong knowledge of PMC standards, practices, and protocols.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project controls tools.
• Experience supervising multiple managers, supervisors, and trade partners.
• Strong financial acumen with significant project P&L management responsibility.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in Construction Management.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• LEED accreditation or sustainability certification.
• Experience with vertical logistics planning and complex multi-phase coordination.
• Background in architecture or engineering applied to construction.
• Familiarity with BIM and integrated project delivery methods.
• Track record of value engineering and constructability problem-solving.
