About the Role

  • This is a unique opportunity to join a team of strategic value advisors working closely with Sales Leadership and Sales teams.
  • You will help Salesforce's customers navigate AI led business transformation with Salesforce and Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer workshops to identify pain points and create collaborative business cases.
  • Identify high impact opportunities for Agentforce and autonomous agents.
  • Develop and present investment justifications for senior executives.
  • Serve as a thought leader for the Canadian organization.
  • Architect commercial structures and value led proposals.
  • Act as a business owner in partnership with Account Executives.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in strategy consulting, value advisory, or similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build business cases and financial models.
  • Executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to align diverse teams.
  • Curiosity for AI and autonomous agents.
  • Generalist background welcome.
  • Emotional intelligence for high stakes environments.
  • Relevant university degree (Bachelor essential, MBA preferred).
  • English essential, French optional.
