About the Role
Salesforce Partner Canada seeks a Senior Manager for Business Value Services to help customers navigate AI-led business transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor, facilitating workshops, building business cases, and engaging C-suite executives.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer workshops to identify pain points and create collaborative business cases.
- Identify high impact opportunities for Agentforce and autonomous agents to transform business processes.
- Develop and present investment justifications for senior executives.
- Serve as a thought leader, sharing best practices in deal structuring and value selling.
- Architect commercial structures and value led proposals for Canadian customers.
- Act as a business owner in partnership with Account Executives to protect and grow revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, value advisory, business value services, or similar value focused role within a major technology company.
- Strong ability to build business cases and financial models.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to align diverse teams in a matrixed environment.
- Genuine interest in AI and autonomous agents.
- Relevant university degree (Bachelor essential, MBA preferred).
- English essential, French optional.
