Position Overview

  • The Digital Business Solutions Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging business units and subsidiaries with the Digital department.
  • This role is responsible for understanding diverse business requirements, translating them into effective technology solutions, and leading the delivery of initiatives that address critical operational needs.
  • The position serves as a key driver of innovation and efficiency, ensuring the alignment of digital solutions with the company’s strategic objectives.

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Silal Group business units and subsidiaries to understand their specific technology requirements.
  • Conduct in depth analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Design and develop technology solutions aligned with identified business needs and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to architect, implement, and scale solutions effectively.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices.
  • Lead end to end delivery of technology initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Track project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget parameters.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between business units and the Digital function, ensuring clear articulation of business requirements and solution outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering alignment, trust, and collaboration.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their relevance to the organization.
  • Identify and champion opportunities for innovation, developing strategies to leverage new technologies in support of business growth and operational excellence.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree is preferable.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, and delivering measurable value within a complex organization.
