Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Enablement

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role.

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled data and technology leader to join our growing Strategy team at Foodbuy.Reporting to the Director, Strategic Development, this role will play a key part in shaping how we use data, technology, and insights to drive smarter decisions and unlock new opportunities.You’ll join a small but expanding, high-impact team focused on advancing Foodbuy’s corporate strategy—identifying opportunities to improve our operating model, grow revenue streams, optimize processes, and strengthen our technology ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of data, analytics, and technology architecture, with a strong emphasis on building robust reporting solutions, improving underlying data structures, and enabling scalable, reliable insight generation. You will operate across multiple systems—some integrated, others fragmented—to build high-quality datasets, advanced dashboards, and trusted analytical outputs. While you will not own enterprise systems, you will play a critical role in strengthening how data is modeled, structured, governed, and leveraged across the organization. At this time, the role is an individual contributor.

• Own and evolve reporting for the Strategy and Member Development teams
• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance Power BI dashboards (including advanced DAX and Power Query development)
• Develop a cohesive dashboard strategy aligned to executive, operational, and functional user needs
