Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Customer Relationship Management within the Oil & Gas and Process Industry.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, chemical, and process industry customers.
• Experience in handling key accounts and developing relationships with senior customer representatives.
• Strong liaisoning, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong lead generation, opportunity management, and order conversion capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the North Region and customer locations.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or a relevant technical discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing / Business Development will be an added advantage.
