Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT or related field with 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
Responsibilities
- - Lead and manage a team of data analysts and BI professionals to deliver high-quality analytics solutions. - Drive data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to business stakeholders. - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. - Write, optimize, and review complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Identify business problems, perform root cause analysis, and recommend data-backed solutions. - Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. - Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks for business monitoring. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms. - Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders. - Mentor team members and drive best practices in analytics, visualization, and problem-solving.
