The Senior Manager will lead online sales efforts and ecommerce growth for Skechers.

Key responsibilities
- Foster partnerships with business and logistics providers to improve operations and optimize costs.
- Develop sales strategies to increase online revenue and manage inventory and supply chain operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team.
- Execute ecommerce strategies including website optimization and customer experience improvements.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze ecommerce metrics and generate reports for strategic decisions.
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of ecommerce management experience with a record of driving online sales growth.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
