Role Overview
Skechers is seeking an Ecommerce Senior Manager to lead online sales efforts and drive business growth.
The role is a Senior Manager B2B position in the Ecommerce department and reports to the General Manager of Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster strategic partnerships with business and logistics providers to ensure seamless operations and optimize costs.
- Develop sales strategies, drive online revenue growth, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the ecommerce team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies covering website optimization, digital marketing, and customer experience.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze ecommerce metrics and generate reports for strategic decisions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of ecommerce management experience with a proven record of driving online sales growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
