Team and Role Overview
Citi's CIO Production Management team provides business and technical support across enterprise technology organizations and services.
The role supports NAM Consumer Data Platform applications within a globally distributed team spanning Chennai, Pune, and Irving.
The position contributes to 24/7 support for enterprise-critical applications in partnership with support, development, infrastructure, operations, and product teams.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead production management for a large portfolio of Consumer Data Platform applications.
- Improve service levels through incident, problem, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Guide development teams on application stability and supportability improvements.
- Define application onboarding standards and frameworks for capacity, throughput, and latency.
- Coach team members and build a high-performance culture.
- Drive cost reductions and efficiencies through root-cause analysis, knowledge management, performance tuning, and training.
- Maintain governance, operational metrics, process standards, and vendor oversight.
- Manage people, budgets, planning, hiring, performance, compensation, and disciplinary actions.
