Personal Banking and Investments is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & AI Strategy to advance strategic transformation through data analytics and artificial intelligence.
The role will build scalable performance management routines, lead the AI Transformation program, and deliver data-driven narratives for senior leadership decisions.
The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders to design analytics solutions, monitor performance, operationalize AI use cases, and translate complex insights into executive-ready materials.
Strategic Insights & Performance Management
- Design and deliver performance management metrics aligned with Personal Banking performance pillars and critical business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end analytics, generate insights, and drive change through data storytelling and executive-ready materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and strategic risks.
- Own performance measurement, including defining and maintaining OKRs and key metrics.
- Improve analytics processes, performance monitoring routines, and KPI tracking aligned with OKR management.
