Personal Banking and Investments is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & AI Strategy to advance strategic transformation through analytics and artificial intelligence.
The role builds performance management routines, leads the AI Transformation program, and delivers data-driven narratives for senior leadership.
The position partners with cross-functional stakeholders to design analytics solutions, monitor performance, operationalize AI use cases, and prepare executive materials.
Strategic Insights and Performance Management
- Design and deliver performance management metrics that track Personal Banking performance pillars and critical business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end analytics, generate insights, and drive change through data storytelling and executive-ready materials.
- Identify performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and strategic risks with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Own performance measurement, including OKRs and key metrics.
- Improve analytics processes, performance monitoring routines, and KPI tracking.
