We are seeking a strategic, highly analytical, and experienced Senior Manager to lead model development and analytics initiatives within AML Models and Analytics, with a focus on Client Risk Rating (CRR).
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, machine learning, model governance, and financial crime risk management, with the ability to lead complex analytical work and translate model insights into practical, risk-based recommendations.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the design, enhancement, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of data-driven solutions supporting the Bank's AML Client Risk Rating models.
This role contributes to the overall success of the Global Compliance and AML team by improving CRR model effectiveness, strengthening operating efficiency, and ensuring activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, procedures, and model governance requirements.
